A sacred journey to the womb, the heart, into your wholeness Mandala Medicine is a somatic and ceremonial path for women.

I created it over many years of painting, prayer, depth work and sitting in circle, and it weaves together the language of the mandala, the wisdom of the womb and the inner landscape mapped by Jungian psychology. When a woman paints a mandala with her body awake and her womb listening, something ancient begins to move. The circle becomes a mirror. What has been hidden finds colour and shape, and what has been waiting finds its way home.

What is Mandala Medicine

I painted my first mandala in India in 2012, and I have been following that thread ever since. Over time it grew into a living system that holds four streams together. The mandala as a doorway into the psyche, a sacred container where the unconscious can speak in colour, symbol and form. The womb as a centre of wisdom, creation and feeling. Through somatic and embodiment practice we learn to listen to our depth. The inner archetypes. We meet and tend the Inner Child, the Inner Feminine and the Inner Masculine, so they can come into relationship within us and we can stand in our own authority.

Ceremony and initiation, drawn from feminine and earth based traditions, so that change is honoured, witnessed and anchored in the body. Each journey moves between stillness and expression, between the body and the brush. You do not need to be an artist. You only need to be willing to listen.

A ten week online journey of return to the body, the womb and the self. Each week opens a new gate through guided meditation, somatic practice, mandala painting and circle.

The Chalice · Initiation Journey for Feminine Facilitators

A ten month online initiation for women already walking the path of holding space, who feel called to deepen their foundations in service to the Great Mother. Rooted in womb shamanism, Jungian psychology and non duality, the journey unfolds through five initiatory phases and sixteen modules. Graduates are inaugurated as Priestesses of Mandala Medicine and Mandala Midwives, qualified to facilitate this work.

Womb Somatic Medicine Sessions

Private one to one sessions, offered singly or as a series of five, built on the inner masculine blueprint and the three gates of yoni, cervix and womb.

Circles and Gatherings

Weekly creative alchemy circles in Dahab, Where the Womb Meets the Heart, along with in person circles and retreats in Egypt and Poland, and ceremonial journeys into the Sinai desert.

Święta podróż do łona, serca i swojej pełni Mandala Medicine to somatyczna i ceremonialna ścieżka dla kobiet. Tworzyłam ją przez wiele lat malowania, modlitwy, pracy z głębią i siedzenia w kręgu. Splata w sobie język mandali, mądrość łona oraz wewnętrzny krajobraz, który opisała psychologia Junga. Kiedy kobieta maluje mandalę z przebudzonym ciałem i słuchającym łonem, zaczyna poruszać się coś pradawnego. Krąg staje się lustrem. To, co było ukryte, odnajduje kolor i kształt, a to, co czekało, odnajduje drogę do domu.

Czym jest Mandala Medicine Swoją pierwszą mandalę namalowałam w Indiach w 2012 roku i od tamtej pory podążam za tą nicią. Z czasem rozwinęła się w żywy system, który łączy cztery nurty.

Mandala jako brama do psyche, święte naczynie, w którym nieświadomość może przemówić kolorem, symbolem i formą.

Łono jako centrum mądrości, tworzenia i czucia. Poprzez praktykę somatyczną i ucieleśnienie uczymy się słuchać świętej przestrzeni łona i z niej żyć.

Wewnętrzne archetypy. Spotykamy i otaczamy troską Wewnętrzne Dziecko, Wewnętrzną Kobiecość i Wewnętrzną Męskość, aby mogły wejść ze sobą w relację, a my mogłyśmy stanąć we własnym autorytecie.

Ceremonia i inicjacja, czerpiące z kobiecych i ziemskich tradycji, aby przemiana była uhonorowana, zobaczona i zakorzeniona w ciele. Każda podróż płynie między ciszą a ekspresją, między ciałem a pędzlem. Nie musisz być artystką. Wystarczy, że jesteś gotowa słuchać.

Dziesięciomiesięczna inicjacja online dla kobiet, które już kroczą ścieżką trzymania przestrzeni i czują wezwanie, by pogłębić swoje fundamenty w służbie Wielkiej Matce. Zakorzeniona w szamanizmie łona, psychologii Junga i niedualności, podróż rozwija się przez pięć faz inicjacyjnych i szesnaście modułów. Absolwentki zostają inaugurowane jako Kapłanki Mandala Medicine i Akuszerki Mandali, przygotowane do prowadzenia tej pracy.

Sesje Somatycznej Medycyny Łona

Indywidualne sesje jeden na jeden, pojedyncze lub w cyklu pięciu spotkań, oparte na wzorcu wewnętrznej męskości i trzech bramach: joni, szyjki macicy i łona.

Kręgi i spotkania

Cotygodniowe kręgi twórczej alchemii w Dahab, Tam, gdzie Łono spotyka Serce, a także kręgi stacjonarne i retreaty w Egipcie i w Polsce oraz ceremonialne podróże na pustynię Synaj.
